3. Project Scope and Delivery

4. Pricing, Payments, and Financing

For OPEX (Operational Expenditure) models, separate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or Lease Agreements will govern the commercial terms.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

Product warranties (panels, inverters, structures) are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Deshurja provides installation workmanship warranty as per the service agreement.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for system upkeep can be offered at additional cost unless otherwise specified.
