Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
